So now it was time to Begin my scuba diving!
Day one was spent watching a video, doing some reading and going into the water for our first confined water dive where we learnt how to breath properly and picked up some important skills!
Day two we did lots of theory we watched all of the videos and got busy with all the reading - there is so much to read its crazy!
Day three we had a day off and had a chilled out day - although I still had lots of reading to do so t was a good chance to get on top of it all!
Day four we did theory in the morning then went out on our first dive! This was amazing the sea life was really cool so impressive! Then in the afternoon we took our theory test and passed with flying colours I only got three wrong! After this we carried on with our confined water diving and did such things as taking off your mask underwater, breathing from an alternative source and towing a tired buddy!
Day five we went out on two dives the first was so good and the second wasn't as impressive! We also finished off our confined water diving and did our swim test!
Day six we went on our last dive - and I am now a qualified diver!
The rest of the last day in Zanzibar was spent chilling by the beach, shopping and drinking milkshakes!
