Busy busy Busy

I seem to have been very lame recently at updating my blog as I have been ultra busy since I got back from NYC - I also seem to have the probelm of either being really busy and not having any time to write my blog or not doing anything and therefore having nothing interesting to write about!

The last couple of weeks I have spent a lot of time catching up with all my friends and generally having fun! There is also a new man on the scene to occupy some of my time - don't get two excited though it is early days and i'm not sure where its heading but there's no harm in having a bit of fun for now!!!

This week I started tap dancing!!! I bought my tap shoes last weekend and they has there first outing on Monday! It appears that I am not a natural and in fact no where close and a lot of practise is needed - i spent a fair amount of the class stood on the spot with a confused look on my face! haha! But I'm not going to let this faze me and I shall be going along again tomorrow!

Another extremely excititng piece of information - I sent of my application for my Africa trip! Yippee! So I am currently waiting to hear back about it and then I can get my flights booked and it will all become a bit more real - then I can get ultra excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have also had some good news on the job front. There may be some promotion prospects for me within the next few months in my ultra boring job - I may get to be a senior administrator - check me! Ok I no its not particually exciting but it may make my last couple of months working there a bit more enjoyabel! I sould hear more about that tomorrow!

I also now have my flights booked to go to Finland - I am heading to Finland for a few days before christmas as my best friend is from Finland and her parents live over there so I get to properly meet her parents and see where she grew up and stuff so that is going to be super cool! More things to get extremely excited about!

One of my firend decided last night that now that we are getting a little older and approaching the grand ages of 25 it is time for some civilised events in our lives - so she invited all the girls over for dinner and cooked us a proper dinner. she slaved over the stove all day and we ate prawn cooktail and moussaka follwed by pavalova (made by another of the girls) and we drank lots of champagne and wine - It was an extremely enjoyable evening and the food was lovely then we headed off to a club and danced until the early hours of the morning!
