New York Baby!!!!

Just got back from a week in New York and what an amazing week it was - I loved it there and didn't want to come home unfortunately the bank balace would not let me stay any longer! I went away with fellow blogger Susie Law School and another friend!

We went to see all the sights - Brooklyn Bridge, Empire state Building, Ground Zero, Statute of Liberty, Ellis island, South Street Sea Port, Rockerfeller Centre, Grand Central Terminal to name just a few. I completely loved central park such a nice escape from the busy city and so much to see and do and what lovely views!

We went to see a Mets game which was really fun. I was not sure i'd like it before we went to the game but once I understtod how it all work I got really into it and the atmosphere was amazing! and the Mets won even better! We also did the whole hot dog experience - you've got to do it in style after all! All in all that was such an enjoyable evening!

The SATC tour was also a really fun experience - going around on a bus in the big city and seeing the sites where various parts of the show were filmed - we also got our photo taken on Carrie's doorstep and drank cosmopolitans!!! After the tour we went to a steak house for dinner and the food was amazing - definately the best steak I have ever eaten and we carried on drinking cocktails!

Along with all the sight seeing we also did lots and lots of shopping! I really do love to shop!!! So I spent a small fortune but it was worth ever penny! The purchases included 5 pairs of shoes (a girl can never have too many pairs of shoes after all!), Jeans, tops, pretty sixties style dress and the most gorgeous green coat I have ever seen!

Unfortunately I am now back in the real world and have to go into work tomorrow. I wish I was back in NYC!

But not to worry I am starting to plan my next big adventure!
